The Poets
10 acclaimed poets from an assortment of backgrounds, nationalities and poetical styles will take to the stage to provide an assortment of Poetry on the plight of Palestine and the solution in establishing lasting Peace. They all carry strong sentiments about this theme.
Who are the Poets by day? They come from a range of backgrounds. Scientist. English School Teacher. Public Servant. Lawyer. Artist. Professor. Trainee Doctor. Imam. Humanitarian Aid Worker.
Poetical Styles… We have a range of poetical genres to suit all tastes, delivered and performed in a variety of styles.

The Venue
The Baitul Futuh Mosque is the largest Mosque in western Europe and prides itself in being one of the most visited Mosque in the UK. With its unique Islamic architectural lines, the recent major refurbishments now mean it lights up the skyline like a beacon to all those seeking a pathway to Peace.
We shall also be offering tours of this magnificent Mosque to all guests.
